my buddy speed racer sent me a congratulatory bouquet of 'flowers'. here is how they looked and of course since i am back eating clean... i had to put the 'roses' in the refrigerator for safe keeping. since i am allowed one meal per week that isn't clean i am guessing these 'roses' will last about 6 weeks.
i have said it before i will say it again... i have the BEST friends!!!

OMW girl! I'm SOOOO PROUD OF YOU! I KNEW YOU'D WIN! YOU ARE SO MY HERO! I'M NEARLY IN TEARS HERE IN HAPPINESS FOR YOU! WORDS JUST CANNOT EXPRESS MY JOY.
HOWEVER, in respects to your being able to do anything, I've always known you could. In fact this moment of finding out you won having competed in your second contest brings back a memory of a girl who once said and I quote "I'd compete if I could wear jeans and a tee-shirt on stage" ROFL!! Well my buddy has grown and developed confidence right before my eyes and could not be more proud of this brave woman that she has become. Congratulations Ms. Heavy weight and Over-all!
